Well, settled on the Pelonis disc heater. Found a like new condition one on eBay I snatched for $43 to the door. Hopefully will like it.

Thank you all for the ideas. I like the idea of the cheap heat and am looking into that also. Maybe if it runs longer, it will help in back? We shall see.
