slide flush to the floor in 3760

Our slide on the door side goes flush with the floor part way but is above the floor by about an inch or more on another part (closest to the door).
Is this normal? The dealer had to change rams on the trailer, is there a chance that it is not pushing the slide out far enough to drop into place?

Check and see if something is in the pocket that the roller drops in when the slide is out.
