We had our first slide problem last camping trip. I went to extend the entertainment slide, hit the switch, nothing, nada, nil. Called hubby in to see what he thought and I hit the switch again and the motor *very* briefly started. So we decided to start our diagnosis with the wall switch.
Pulled it out of the wall and found that two of the wires had come disconnected from what I assume was once a wire nut. One looked like it had never been crimped, so I assume it was never properly wound together from the get-go at the factory.
Thank goodness that's all it was. I guess 3 seasons of vibration caused the wire nut to fall off behind the wall.
Just thought I'd pass the info along as something to be aware of if anyone else has similar problems.
