Slides outs (3) stopped working

I have a Big Horn 3570RS. There a 3 slides. One in the bedroom which works off 1 switch. Two in the rear which work off 1 switch. They worked 3 days ago and today none of the slides worked. I was on external power from a 120 line. I checked the circuit breaker and fuse. They where ok. I heard no sound at all when I pressed the switch controls. Looking for ideas as to what may be wrong. Thanks

Hi jcostner,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and to the family. We have a great bunch of folks here with lots of information and all willing to share their knowledge when needed.

Have you checked to make sure you have 12v. Is there a battery disconnect switch? Check near the battery for small circuit breakers (red rubber covers) that needs to be reset (small button on side) or maybe a fuse that is blown.

Let us know what you find.

Hi jcostner,

Our 12V Block Diagram and Diagnostic Guide may be helpful. Also, here's a picture of the circuit breaker Jim mentioned. And a picture of the buss-bar and collection of circuit breakers near the battery.

I have a 2009 3055RL and the slid outs don’t comeor go out without stopping a few times in which I have to let go of the switchand then press the switch again to get the slides all the way in or out. When theslides are coming in I noticed a grinding noise, checking it out found theplywood of the bottom of two of my slides has gotten wet and swelled up to thepoint that the system is dragging them in instead of just sliding in.
Can I just remove the plywood?

Hi turbobear,

Some have coated the bottom of the slide with a good hard sealer and then installed a piece of flashing material or something like that to stop the erosion of the bottom of the slide. Install the flashing where the slide roller will use it instead of the plywood.
