SOLVED: Whatsit??? (Welcome Back Light circuit)

Working in the basement of my '12 Key Largo. I found this among the wiring but not sure what it is or what circuit.
Can anyone ID this?

It's the timer for the welcome back light that goes on when the door opens.

Ken - Gary has it right. It's the Welcome Back Light circuit by KIB.

Where is the sensor? I inspected the door frame but don't see anything...that does not mean it is not there...maybe hiding.

Look at the bottom of the door. You'll find a magnet. The other part is a reed switch that is under the door frame - not really accessible.

There's a magnet in the bottom of the door and a reed switch under the door frame.
