Spring Upgrade?

has anyone changed the 3000 lb springs for the better 3500 lb springs ..had to replace a spring and it was very easy to do.was looking at the other ones and would like to replace all the springs with the upgraded ones .ride would be different???height would be different???just wondering if this is something one would do without a cause to do it ..2009 sundance 3300sk..thanks in advance

Yes, several have changed to the 3500# springs. Even on my trailer I have the 3500# springs now. I cannot see that it makes much difference in height, but I'm sure it rides a little harder... not that anything has been hurt.

I did that on my last Bighorn.
It was about 1/2 inch higher.
Like Jim said it may have been a rougher ride, but I didn't notice it and neither did anything in the trailer.
