Streetside propane problems

I am having problems getting any propane gas flow from the streetside tank in my 2008 Cyclone 3795. The curbside tank is fine, but when it runs out, that's it. I have to physically swap tanks. Camperland in Houston tried a different regulator adjacent to the streetside tank but it made no difference. The main regulator (automatic) next to the curbside tank seems to work fine, so why is there even an additional regulator next to the streetside tank?

I was having the same problem with the propane on my Landmark and the regulator was replaced but it didn't correct the problem. Turned out to be the line on the tank that would not flow propane.
