Suburban cooktop

We have a 2016 Heartland Elkridge and there's no gas at the cooktop.

We have gas at the furnace, hot water heater and the fridge. I have turned off all the gas appliances, the propane tanks and then restarted all the appliances. Still no gas at the cooktop.

Any suggestions?

when you turn on the burner valve, can you hear any air purging from the burner?...... if you hold a match near the flame ports while the burner valve is open, does the flame of the match flutter a little bit?....
if there is nothing coming out the burner holes, it probably has a mainline shut off valve to the cooktop, somewhere...

If your stove is in a slideout check underneath the slide for any kinks in the flex rubber gas line.

No, there's no air flow or sounds. Will try to locate the shut off valve.
