Sundance 2800RB Toilet

Toilet does not holds water. It appear to have a week spring or bad seal. It smells in the camper when there is no water in the bowl. I don't have model of toilet. Please give me some informatin on how to fix it....Clint

There has been a "quasi-recall" if you call sea-land they should send you a new return spring cartridge at no cost. The number is 800-321-9886.

We also have a 2800RB and had a toilet seal problem. I loosened the bowl from the base and re-centered the base over the closing valve. We have had no other problems.

I talked to Dometic. They gave me a phone number in Canada. They were more than obliging. The have sent to me under warranty a spring unit. I hope that works. My unit seems to be centered I will post my results...Clint
