Sundance 3600qb irv technologies no volume control outside

First weekend out in the new trailer and we have figured out how to turn on the outside speakers but cannot control volume or source on them so we are blasting the campground with terrible old school country. There was no book or manual on how to work this and my husband is pretty good with audio systems and can't figure this out. Any help here??? Thanks in advance!

On some audio systems the remote control has A/B/C buttons that allow control of different zones.

On others, the FADE control will do the trick.
