Sundance or Bighorn?

GM 2500 and 3500 have the exact same frame, axle, engine, trans and BRAKES. Back to the origanal post. Da horn!

Guess if you are worried about stopping you better get a semi-tractor. With that said, I agree with retired4fun. the 2500 and 3500 have the exact same everything except for the extra spring. In the newer Dodge brand comes with the six speed tranny and a STANDARD exhaust brake. Stops me just fine. Just have to be prudent in the way you drive, in other words you could be towing with a semi-tractor and if you are not being mindful of your conditions and things around you, well let us just say rigs of all sizes crash and burn.

The Bighorn was just too big; the Sundance handles like a sports car by comparison. We love our Sundance and are currently living in it full time. Aside from some freezing problems in zero degree weather, everything works well for us.

We had the same feeling when we walked in the Bighorn model today - and the couple of issues we were not happy with quality wise on the Sundance were not improved in the Bighorn, so it'll be the Sundance we stick with as originally planned. And in OAK. No Cherrywood for us.
