Where does the orange coax cable run to on my 2019 3710 mb? Trying to figure out where to hook up tailgator.

If you have only one exterior coax connector, it's for cable TV, not satellite. If that's the case, you can either get a flat coax cable to run through a window, or maybe feed the coax from the dish under the seal of a slide out, or you can add an exterior satellite connector.
