Suntraxx screen

Had reset remote on my horizontal screen because it wasn't working correctly it's down and won't go up. On following the instructions it says motor will hum as part of the set up. That doesn't happen. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Charley

Does it work off wall switch? If not check for voltage at motor when switch is activated with 12 vdc tester. Check 12vdc fuses in fuse panel. If you have voltage at motor then gonna be the motor,
