Looks to me like the screws have pulled loose and and wind pressure from highway driving has pushed on the cap in and pushed up the seem. After taking off all the caulk check the integrity of the roof in that area. Had the same issue on one of my other brand fifth wheel that I traded in, so I don't know what a repair costs. I covered it with eternabond tape and kept the highway speeds down until I got rid of it.

What ever you do fix that leak asap. Water intrusion kills RVs. I know the eternabond tape comes in many widths, and man does that stuff stick, and is extremely tough.

That membrane has ballooned wile driving and pulled up and away from the roof sheathing and screws. The Terry Classic that I own was doing the same thing. Your best plan of attack is to remove all the current dicor and screws on the periphery, and free up the membrane so you can peel it back enough to clean and apply new glue on the sheathing. Then re-seal all the perimeter screws, and edges. For mine, I found that driving with the front roof vent open (MaxxAir Vent) helps to reduce the pressurization of my camper causing the roof to lift, as all of my front cap and seams are completely sealed.

The video is informative.
