G614 is a LT. Don't know of a single ST made in the US

Actually, the G614 is an RST " Radial Special Trailer" Check it out HERE.

I guess we as consumers are at the mercy of the marketing departments.
They are marked as RST, but also the size designation is LT235/85. LT I assume is light truck.
The Goodyear store here in town considers them a commercial truck tire.
Go figure.
