Toilet Fill Leak

Have a 2010 28RLS, noticed that sometimes when you use the foot pedal some small amounts of water burp out of the fill valve area, top of the toilet? Not a big deal, as it was only after three days of camping I noticed a small puddle at the base of the toilet? Weird I know?

Normally, that "burp" is an indication of the black tank nearing it's capacity. A lot depends on how far into the tank the pipe protrudes or extends. It's caused by there not being enough room in th etank to displace the air so it comes up the pipe as an air bubble. For us, when it burps, it's time to dump the tank. Usually 8 to 9 days for the two of us.

Thanks for the quick reply. The black tank was probably over 2/3 full, so maybe that was it?

Mine burps too when full or close to full.

Mine too, so when I see it, I go right outside and dump the black tank so I don't get in trouble with the DW.
