touch audio player manual

Hello,
Is it at all possible to get a manual for the touch audio player? I have a 2011 model 22RBQ.
I cannot get the usb port to work when I plug in my mp3 player. Also My trailer has a slide out
bumper that can be used to carry extra cargo or a bike rack. However I have not been able to find
a bike rack that will simply sit in the tray or attach to the square tubing that folds down.
All I can find are receiver hitch or bumper mount style. Does anyone have any solutions to either issue?

Roddf, welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and Family. There is lots of good information here.
I moved your post into the North Country area so hopefully you will get some answers from some fellow owners.
I have seen these questions asked before, so you might try a search while waiting for an answer.
