I hope I can get an answer here. I'm finally getting around to registering my trailer and there is a discrepancy. The state of Oregon charges based on the length of the actual trailer and during the VIN inspection, they measured bumper to ball. The trailer is 27' and bumper to ball is 32', so I'm looking for something in writing that says my trailer is 27'. It's a 2019 Heartland Northtrail, 27RBDS but on the chart its says 32'. This would save me quite a bit in registration fees, especially over the years. Please help!
