As promised by Heartland Customer Service my trim insert arrived UPS within a few days of my email.
I was a little nervous about how to install, but once I got started, it was very simple. Just pinch together and go with it, securing with screws on both ends.
On another note, you fellow BC owners with the Platimium color, what color caulking is used around the windows and where do you get it?
