I visited a great RV park yesterday 3-17-16. It is the Triple R RV Resort in Crystal City, TX. Crystal City is located in south Texas about 40 miles south of Uvalde. The RV park is located on FM 65 between Texas 85 and US 83. It is right on the Nueces River. They have over 100 sites, and all the amenites such as full hookup sites with 30 - 50 amp, water, sewer, free wi-fi free satellite/cable, a large meeting/rally room, fishing in the river and a small lake, canoeing in the river, some sites have grills, two laundry rooms, and it is a bird sanctuary. The park is about 80 miles south of San Antonio and would be a great location for 'winter Texans'. The staff is friendly. If you are looking for a place in South Texas in the Crystal City/Carrizo Springs Texas area this would be my first choice. check it out at http://www.triplerresort.com/
