Hi Joe and Helen,
Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and Family. We have a great bunch of people here with lots of information. They are ready and willing to help when and if needed.
I cannot give you any information about the wall studs, but do "think" they install a backer board in the wall for mounting a tv. Hopefully someone from the factory will jump in here Monday and let you know for sure.

Factory... Can you please respond to our question: e would like to mount a flat screen TV in our new 2010 21FBS. We were hoping to hang a 32" LCD. What is the maximum TV weight that the wall stud can handle?
I also sent an email to the factory per their contact information and have not received a response on that email either.
