Two Batteries in Parallel Questions

Through the process of elimination... if your battery is charged then you should get 12 volts. Working backwards, there is a tiny circuit breaker usually behind and above the battery. It it is not tripped then work back to the breakers inside the RV. If they are OK then you should have 12 volts. Also if your battery is not getting any charging from the converter there are 3 fuses on the converter that might be blown.

Your batteries and buss bar, etc are probably in the front storage area under the pin box. Look for a row of mini-circuit breakers connected by a copper buss bar. There's likely a red rubber boot covering the breakers.
