Unidirectional Ceiling Fan

We have just bought a 2012 Bighorn 2985RL. It seems that the fan ceiling fan / light fixture only turns in one direction. Is this correct? I've never seen one of these fans that wasn't reversible.

Hi Winterbird,

All fans I have seen will have a small switch on the side, up high, not pull chain type, sometimes hard to see because they are usually black or dark color like the fan.

jimtoo is correct. Look on the opposite side of the pull chain for the fan speed. A small black slider switch.
