Valve control cable

I have an '06 3400rl. Last year the outer cable pulled loose from the end connection on the black water valve. It was pretty easy; I crimped it back on. Now it's the gray water cable on the handle in the middle. This time it apparently came lose at the tank. I understand I have to either cut the underbelly or roll back the whole thing to access the tank. Does anyone know which tank the center handle controls? Approximately where is the tank located within the frame? TIA

On my '06 BH, the center valve handle is for the shower and bathroom sink. Not sure where the tank itself is physically located on the chassis, though.
