The drain valves on my tanks are difficult to operate. I belive the linkage neds to be lubricated.

Hi Neil and Nanci,
The difficulty is likely in the blade traveling in the valve assembly. Try dissolving a cup of Calgon Water Softener in hot water and adding to a couple of gallons of water in each tank. Drive around for a few miles to mix it up. Then push and pull the handle a few times while dumping the tank. On the black tank, before doing this, make sure there's no waste material in the tank.
