Upon occasion I have indicated that I bought a 3ft hose from RV Water Filter Store because of how some parks try to keep their faucets from freezing. In Kentucky in 2007 we went to Grandmas RV Camping and they have the faucet about 18" down in a 6" or so conduit. You can't put a Y or regulator on the faucet so I had to use an extra 25ft hose.
Well we are now at the Little River Casino & RV Park and here is what they have to protect their water connections. The attached photos show a bit of what I use the short hoses for.
