water pressure problems

just wondering if anyone has any ideas, when connected to the water at any park, water pressure is low in trailer, almost trickling in shower, turn on the pump and is much better, but owners manual says not to run pump when connected to city water, valve or something maybe stuck?

Without a pressure regulator with a gauge on it between the coach and the pedestal, there is no way to know what the supply pressure is. If it the park pressure is low, there isn't much you can do about it unless you use it to fill the fresh water tank and draw your water from that.

As mentioned, however, the small inline pressure regulators can restrict flow down to a trickle. If you want a good regulator (just in case you run into a high pressure situation), get the Watts N55BG. It comes preset to 50 psi and has a 6 - 9 gpm flow rating.

You might also want to check your plumbing system for any tight bends or kinks coming from the city water connection. That won't help flow, either.
