Which leads me to a question... In PA brakes are required when the trailer is over 3000#, on ALL axles. Do the the 3 axle trailers all come with brakes on all three axles?

Thanks for the prompt answer! I got burned once when I bought a boat out of state with brakes on one and not the other axle..... Ended up having to buy a new axle, as retrofitting brakes on the one axle was not possible. So I suddenly had a scare that this scenario was about to repeat itself....
