Weight Distribution Hitch--understanding weight limits

We currently have an Eaz Lift Elite Round Bar for our WD hitch. I am trying to figure out if it will work with our new TT. If I am understanding how the hitches function, it should be sufficient. Can someone please help me to understand the numbers. Is the MGTWR essentially the total weight of a trailer the hitch can handle when used with the bars?

New TT:
GVWR: 8,600
Hitch weight: 560

Weight Distribution
MGTWR 14,000 lb
MVHC 1,400 lb

The bars are rated for a little more than your expected tongue weight, you should be good to go.
