What are these hose inlets for?

We have just purchased a 2011 cyclone 3814, I have attached a picture in the area where the city water is attached, below that there are two ports, one with a hose that pulls out (on the bottom) and a hose connection right above it, can someone tell me what there for?

Welcome to the forum!
The hose which pulls out is used for drawing antifreeze into the plumbing for winterizing. The hose connection near it is for rinsing the "black water" or sewage tank when draining it.
If you look above your head with the compartment open there should be a drawing on the inside of the door with each of the water and cable connections labeled.
