What substance to cover area

I have 2 areas I need to seal, front cap seal and rear cap seal
What material should I use to cover eterna bond, dicor or flex seal?
Attached photos of the two areas, getting ready to put coating down on roof but I want to seal these 2 spots as well

Rear looks like it needs the caulk scraped off and use like rv flex seal? But dicor may be fine to lay all the way across?
And same for front as far as dicor, or maybe tape instead not sure?

I have some eternabond tape, which I can see using for the one spot, but you’re saying I should cover all of that with tape?

Use 1 long continuous strip for each endcap, or ask yourself "Where do I want it to leak?"

BTW, Eternabond can be removed carefully with a commercial-type heat gun, pulling up on it as it loosens, and using a large plastic putty knife to remove the gummy residue from the roof surfaces. Be careful that the heat does not melt either the end cap mating gasket or the original Dicor rubber roof sheet.
