What to set Refig on when traveling?

We have had our refer on auto for almost 4 years. When we disconnect from shore power it switches to propane everytime.

As Dave stated, check the refer propane hose if your fridge is in a slide. Ours was kinked when the side was in. It still worked, but it caused a weak spot in the hose and had to be replaced and rerouted slightly.

Put ice cream on the very bottom of the freezer, not on a shelf. If we do that, the ice cream stays fairly well frozen. Trace

On travel days our 12 cuft double door Norcold refrig is OFF unless we stop at an attraction for a period of time then I might turn it on LP if I remember. Our typical travel day is 6-7 hours max. It's set anywhere from 5 to 7 depending on how full and the ambient air temps in/out which keeps the internal temp at 35*. Temp usually rises less than 10* during the day. As for ice cream, we never leave home without any!!
