Update to Update......
After we learned about our "frame flex" issue, I had to get a new knee (recovery) then rehab a rental house of ours....blah, blah, blah....time!
This past weekend I pulled the front skin off and found the following weld breaks. (photos) Since Heartland didn't even as much as give me a courtesy call back to say they couldn't help, I hired a Master Welder to fix the issues. All cracks have been welded back and plates have been added for support.
New skin was ordered and should be here in a week or so.
Must have been some of those rough South Carolina roads they keep saying they are going to fix that broke the welds. Not sure but at least I fixed it and on to more camping.
