What's up with Heartland's interior doors?

Cyclones have sliding pocket doors. This means the top of the door is framed in, no gaps. The bottom of the doors have about an inch or so of a gap

We bought it from Lakeshore RV in Muskegon, MI. Got the best deal there and it was a nice trip over to get it. Took the ferry from Milwaukee to Muskegon and then drove around the bottom of the lake on the way back.

The gap may be for circulation but on my 2012 3185 Bighorn, I would definitely destroy either the bedroom door or the antenna crank when the slide is moved in or out if tolerances were closer.
