When I park my rig for the season . . . I use both the scissor and standard wheel chocks!

But when on the road . . . I love my scissor chocks!

Probably the best money I've ever spent on trailer accessories!

They are the best thing out there for stability, tighten them up until you can see the tire deflect a bit

The tire is made to deflect or it would be made of steel.

Fortunately mine didn't travel that far - just dropped off the jack that was destroyed. It went down slowly, so no damage other than to replace the jack.
