Wheel question

Hello. Where exactly do I find the PSI rating for the wheels on my 2015 Big Country? I have seen references in a couple of postings about a rating on the "inside" of the wheel. By "inside" does this mean I have to pull the tire off the wheel or just the "inside" of the wheel (assuming I have to remove the wheel from the RV)?
