Why wouldn't you balance trailer tires???

At the beginning of every camping season, we take the camper to our tire folks who are also do big trucks tires and have the camper tires inspected, rotated and balanced.

"If you do balance trailer tires, remember that many trailer wheels are centered by the position of the lug bolts (these wheels are lug-centric) and not the center bore of the wheel. To get the best tire balance for lug-centric wheels, you should have them balanced using a pin plate adapter. This mimics the way a lug-centric wheel is mounted to a hub."

Our BC tires were not balanced. Didn't realize it until we got the new Goodyears last week and they had extra weights.
