Wilderness 2016 3175RE Awning Issue

Hello,
I have a recently purchased (New) 2016 3175RE and for some reason the awning will not extend or retract. I tested it the day we bought it and have not used it since. Here it is 5 months later and it will not function. Any suggestions on what is wrong with this. I checked the fuse it looks fine?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Moved on to the next thing...
Check the GFI electrical outlet (probably in the bathroom) to see if it has kicked.

We loose our bathroom outlet, all electric in the kitchen slide out (includes microwave, fridge and entertainment center), the kitchen credenza, and the awning when that kicks.

Take a voltage reading on the back of the switch. If the fuse is delivering power, one terminal should show 12V DC to ground. If the switch is ok, you should be reading 12V between the switch terminals with the switch at rest. When depressed, voltage should go to 0V.

I've attached a drawing of a typical switch but you may have to experiment a bit to find the right pins on yours.

It's a good idea to start by taking a picture of yours before you work on it so if any wires come off, you know where to put them back.
