Windows caulked only on top.

Looking at my 2015 North Trail today, I notice the windows are only caulked on the top half of the windows. Should they be caulked all the way around?

Nope, thats the way all rigs are. The exposed caulking on top is mainly cosmetic. It keeps moisture and goop from accumulating there and making mold. The actual weather-seal for your windows is provided by a gasket, or putty tape sandwiched between the window frame and the side of the trailer.
