I am pretty sure Heartland would respond to someone that has a new trailer. Sure got back to us when we had issues. I do feel for folks with a lot of problems but they need to follow procedure's as the rest of us do.

He should have given Heartland a call and allowed them the time to resolve any issues he had. He should have not gone to the forums or any other type of public domain first. For someone that has gone through as many units as he has in such a short period of time, most likely would not be happy with anything, any ways.
