Wrong length cables for my patio deck!

did you get the issue resolved?

The cables were the right length, it was the brackets on the ramp that was off about 4”, the dealer remounted and it’s good now. It seems like all the issues are on the driver’s side like they had a trainee on that side

That's disheartening to hear... we pay so much for these rigs to not have to deal with issues such as these...
