after searching facebook marketplace in the buffalo area, I believe I found him. the wheels shown in his ad are a different style, and 8 spoke, which I need the 7 spoke wheels...

Try the surplus places around Goshen area:

They may have some, in October 2020 there was spare wheels or wheels/tires at both places, worth a shot.

Yes, new ones are available, but if i can find some used ones, it will help the seller and save me some money...
