Hi oldnumber7chris,

I think there's some confusion here. I've never heard of Yeti as part of the air conditioning. Yeti has been the cold weather protection system that includes tank heating pads, heat tape on the main water line, and extra insulation in front and rear caps. You may have one switch that operates both the heating pads and heat tape, or two switches; one for the tank heaters and the other for the heat tape. On some models the heat tape is just thermostatically controlled and isn't switched.

If you have 2 a/c units, they're probably each controlled by separate thermostats. Not sure if they use common ducting in the Cyclone.

Chris, If you do have the Yeti cold weather protection and the switches are for the tank heaters,, do not turn the heaters on unless you have some liquid in the tanks. It is my understanding the heaters can cause a hole in the tank due to much heat.

Thank you our dealer actually told the Yeti switch needs to be turned on when running both a/c at the same time. I asked twice what the **** is this for. Could not give me a valid answer.

I think you are referring to the other household type switch. It is used when you have multiple ACs. The big units with three ACs can't start and run them all at the same time so the switch allows two to run at once in one position and the other one to run in the opposite position. It sounds like this is what your dealer was referring to and what your talking about. The yeti switch is usually a lighted switch to let you know it is on.
