Hi PK
We are fine. We drove to New Braufels for four days. Aransas Pass came through just fine but didn't want to take any chances. When we bought the new Augusta, we had it coated with Exteme Protect. Stuff washes right off - amazing! The butterflies were all varieties. Don't recall any being smelly though. Hope you are enjoying CA.

Still at the service center. The back cap has not arrived yet. Some of the work has been done, but we are still waiting. Have been wondering about Texas and the storm

Grace is worried about the next one.

We were wondering if ya'll went for safety.....those butterflies....are they little black, smelly bugs...if so they are love bugs. You need to remove them as soon as possible...use a wet fabric softner sheet.....they come off very easy....

Mariposa, it's almost time to come back to TX for the winter. At least after the next storm passes. Hopefully they get you house fixed up there at the factory.
Best Regards, travel safe, Big G & Samm

My name is Jay Coffman. I am the leader for the Heartland club in Houston, and I would like to welcome you to the website and personally invite you to our rally that is coming up on October 17-19th in the Woodlands area in north Houston at the Rayford Crossing RV resort. We have had two other rallies at this park and everyone loved it and wanted to come back. The park just earned a 10-10-10 rating from Good Sam.
We plan to have hot dogs with all the fixings, furnished by the club on Friday night. Saturday morning breakfast will be provided by the park at a cost of $3.00 per person for pancakes and sausage, and we'll be having a big old porluck dinner on Saturday night. The only other activity will be to have a roundtable discussion of our trailers sometime Saturday afternoon with Ray Robinson, one of the Heartland reps attending.
There is no cost to attend the rally other than the $27.00 per night for the site. Come on down, we'd love to meet you and I'm sure you'll have a great time meeting other owners.
Ceegee, where are you from in NW Kansas? I was born and raised around Wichita. We just got back from a trip to Sturgis SD, we stayed in Oakley one night. My parents, brothers and sister all still live in the Wichita area so we visit 3 or 4 times a year. Have a good day, Big G
