Brand new 2009 31 QBS

Hey all, We just picked up our 1st trailer(we are clueless) a few weeks back. When we got home we noticed that the the cushions in the main area we two different colors. Also, there was not much cushion when compared to the ones in the bunk room. Do we contact the dealer about this or would one call Hartland direct? Any way we just spent our 1st night driveway camping last night and we had a blast-can't wait to go camping.

Contact your selling dealer first. If they are non-responsive then contact Heartland Customer service.

I agree with JM, I'd give your dealer a chance to fix the problem first.

The dinette cushions are all the same

There are a few of us that have that same problem with these units.
Thay are like sitting on the plywood. No support on them.
the rest are okay.

I havenot heard from anyone about them contacting dealer or factory.

Let us know what they have to say.

Also most of us, bought a memory foam topper for the queen bed. The factory one is like rock

They are nice units though.
