Maximum Water Pressure

Does anyone know what the maximum water pressure is that the HL plumbing will safely handle?? I'm adding an adjustable pressure regulator and want to make sure that it is not set too high.

I would check my HL manuals........but they are in the RV.......in storage.

50-60 PSI is what most plumbing is designed to handle.

The regulators you buy at Camping World are usually preset at 40 PSI but most people who get the adjustable ones set it at 50 PSI.

I have it adjusted to 50 psi. I have been to one campground that said their pressure was 160 psi and warned you to use a regulator.

The cheap barrel regulators are set for 40psi, not adjustable and only have a 2 - 2.5 gal thru put.
