Water pressure - too much

We purchased a new Fuel in September and since we've had it, water sprays from the toilet when it's flushed. Instead of the water spraying down into the toilet to help clean when flushing, it goes up and out. It's a serious pain in the ***! I was told the water pressure may be too high, that it should be at 40psi, but we don't see where to check the water pressure or where to adjust it. Looking for some help please!

I don't think that this is a water pressure problem, I think you have something stuck in the water outlet in the toilet bowl.

And to me, it sounds like the toliet sprayer was installed facing up instead of down. More descriptive clarification from the OP would be nice.

Sounds like a vehicle I bought new. years ago. Went to test the windshield washer and it shot forward over the hood and sprayed the salesman.

I'll go along with the sprayer upside down or something in its path. A strong spray is a good thing.
