Warranty Parts delivery

My husband and I are wondering why it takes so long to get warranty parts sent to a dealer inwhich to do a repair? We actually have two issues, After taking delivery of our new BH3670, there were some quality issues that needed addressing. Namely scratched walls in the bathroom and the vanity doors were warped. The dealer decided that replacement was needed and ordered the items in late August. Meanwhile we had a slight mishap and damaged the front storage compartment, we took the trailer back the beginning of Oct & we are still waiting for both the warranty parts and repair components to come in. We just don't understand why it takes so long? We are in a panic as we are due to leave for FL the middle of this month. We have reservations that will be lost with a large forfeit of deposit. What can we do to get things expedited? We've been waiting 2 months for the repair parts and a little over 3 months for the warranty replacements? Needless to say we are becoming very unhappy campers! Please HELP!!!!!:(:mad:

Tomorrow morning, please contact Heartland Customer Service directly at 877-262-8032. Have your VIN ready as you will need that. Your customer service rep can confirm for you, when items were ordered by your dealer, when they were shipped to your dealer and why some may be on back-order.

Thank you for the fast reply.....just really frustrated.....we love our new unit, we just want to get out and start using it like we intended. Not to mention to get out of this snow and cold!!!!
We've turned into weenies!!!
