I replaced the DC Fuse Panel (original had cracked frame) today on our Bighorn 3055RL and found a number of the white ground wires were not connected properly on the ground bus. The set screws were tightened on the wires insulation instead of the bare wire on about 1/2 of them. Several had only a few strands of copper making a connection. Glad I caught them before having any problem. I restripped the wires and made sure they were making a good connection under the set screws.
Just wanted to give others a heads up on this as it's easy to check, the panel is held with 4 screws and can be pulled out enough to look at the connections. It might be a good idea to check this particularly if your serial number is close to ours.
