Aluminum or wood?

This thread indicates that at least some Heartland products are using wood instead of aluminum on part of the frame.

Part of our decision-making process for our 2009 26RKS (manufactured 12/2007) was the sales and pamphlet representation that the framing was aluminum (not exactly something you can check non-destructively).

Was framing changed on all Heartland models? How do we know what the framing actually is on our TT?

Thank you,

The thread implies that only the floor has switched to wood framing. I'd also be interested to know which models are affected. The premium features and design are what draw me to the North Trail, not the price point.
